Briefly introduce about Dreamboat Capital

Hello, It’s been almost a month since we started and built the Dreamboat Capital company, full of struggles and many people started joining our community.

However, many do not understand what our company is engaged in, so through this article we explain:

Dreamboat Capital is a startup company that focuses on investing in various blockchain companies. We Research Blockchain project for good investing and we help you if you need to invest in multiple companies in blockchain technology.

We are looking for projects to review and participate in seed sales or private sales, of course the projects we participate in are reviewed by experienced people in the blockchain or cryptocurrency field.

If you want to become an investor, it’s a good idea to understand several stages of funding:

Pre-seed / Seed funding: initial stage of funding

Series A: advanced stage (second stage) of funding after seed funding. This stage generally already has several mature products and gets several clients / decent income, but still requires innovation to continue to grow.

Series B: the next stage after series A. The company’s finances will be audited by a public auditor before funds are entered by investors to find out the real condition of the company’s cash

Series C: At this stage the company usually has reached the mature stage.

Public Sale: the final stage of funding, where your company will go public and be sold
