It’s such an honored that we can held an AMA with Michal, the CMO of ShoeFy, and heard insights of the projects, their upcoming plans, teams, and more!
Through this, we want to share the recap of our AMA with ShoeFy. Let’s take sometimes to read and learn.

1st Section : QnA Dreamboat & ShoeFy

Mr. Michal , can you introduce yourself to the community? What is your background and how did you come to the idea to create your project?

Pleasure to be here with all of you. I feel confident this session will be educational for everyone.
I am in the crypto space ever since late 2016, so I assume you can call me a crypto OG since I have already been around for two bull markets. In March 2017 I’ve held my first ever Ted talk about distributed ledger technology and blockchain, realizing the benefits of such a technology. In march this year, I started my own blockchain venture capital firm called Catena Venture Capital, and that’s how I came across some great talented people, one of them being the founder of ShoeFy. 👍😉

Can you briefly describe what is ShoeFy in 3–5 sentences?

ShoeFy is an innovative decentralized platform that combines Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT) and Fungible Tokens (FT). It is a futuristic NFT project that utilizes cutting-edge DeFi tools to maximize returns. ShoeFy can amplify the NFTs potential by including both farming and staking to generate passive income.

ShoeFy will have two tokens namely, $SHOE(ERC-20), the native Fungible Token and sNFTs (ERC-721) which are randomly generated on-chain. Each NFT is an algorithmically programmed unique digital pair of shoes on the platform.

Now Let`s talk about the milestones you have achieved so far and about your upcoming plans?

We are currently in the 2021 Q4 phase of our roadmap, we have now finished the programming of the genesis sNFTs and are currently entering the stage of testing the algorithms and smart contracts on Rinkeby to ensure maximum reliability and a smooth launch of our public minting when the date comes around. ShoeFy has a long-term vision to innovate and evolve over time, hence we are always focused on the present with our vision oriented at the future. ShoeFy will tap into the different ecosystems of Gaming, Collectibles, and Play to Earn. All while establishing a presence in the metaverse, with digital kicks that are unique. Later this will lead to expansion to different other merchandise, and potentially partnering with reputable fashion brands.

What makes ShoeFy different from other projects (competitive factor)?

Shoefy is one of the early adopters realizing that the NFT and FT combination will provide greater utility and innovation. There are very limited platforms in the market as of now. Shoefy has a vast potential to scale and expand, integration to metaverse, and gamification. Its innovative and contemporary approach of combining the NFT and FT, provides the opportunity to earn passive income whilst enjoying the collections. Like play to earn is taking the storm, collecting NFT and earning will be the next thing. And shoefy will be pioneering in this space.

$SHOE token will be utilized as the native token to add Utility to NFT via staking, farming and LP which generates the passive income.
$SHOE token will be used for the Governance, DAO.
$SHOE will also be used as the entry ticket to the ShoeVerse (metaverse of shoefy platform) and at the later stage for incentivizing in the play to earn game such as shoe battles, shoe contests and shoe fashion show.
$SHOE will be used as the SWAP fee for the NFT SWAP.
$SHOE token is required to be paid for minting/farming new shoe NFT in the shoeFy platform.

So, you have mentioned about the concepts, your great milestone, and what makes your project special. I believe that you have amazing team behind it. Can you introduce them to us?

The project is led by a team of experienced blockchain venture capitalists, creative NFT developers, and top-tier marketing experts spanning from Europe to Canada and onto South Korea & Thailand in SE Asia. Our team members share common goals and foresee a huge opportunity in the NFT and DeFi market space. In terms of their backgrounds, some of them are founders of creditable VC firms and also marketing experts. Other members have experience in reputable crypto projects and exchanges. Also, we have boarded a tech team of superior talent building our platform.

Q1. You mention that the NFT or sNFT shoes created by ShoeFy are more than just collectible art, as they also generate passive income for you. In addition to the virtual version, do you think that in the future you could design some real shoes to somehow physically support your NFTs?

Our current focus is on finalising the development of our platform. Since it will be the core product of ShoeFy, and a disruptive innovation in the realm of NFTs. We have alot of positive things planned for the future both in terms of the use-case and utility of the ShoeFy NFTs. We are going to be releasing our 10k collection in an unprecedented way, by launching a public mint of 3,000, the subsequent 7,000 sNFT’s can only be obtained by a function which we have developed called NFT Farming. Where a user will need to stake and lock-up a certain amount of tokens for a designated amount of time to create an opportunity cost, and as a reward, the user will receive their sNFT of the corresponding rarity.

The 10,000 genesis collection will be a premiere NFT with the capability to be staked, farmed and used in a sLP pool on our platform. We are also currently working on wearable sneakers that a user can equip via snapchat AR/VR, preview in real time using Meta’s Oculus, and even own a Decentraland version of the wearable sneaker. We would like to offer the users an option to “redeem” their sNFT for a real world shoe/sneaker for Shoe tokens, so this is indeed in the roadmap!

Q2. One of the most important parts of a project’s success is community support. Programs that interface with users are present in almost all projects. Is there anything specific ShoeFyio planning to recruit and extend the community, as well as improve the user experience?

We believe that community is the most crucial part of a project and our team has always given priorities to the community since day 1. We have a private group called the loyalty club consisting of the most active members of our community where they get added benefits and also have special access to insight information of the project. We take their suggestions for the project development as well.
We have organized numerous giveaways and activities to keep our community engaged and many more exciting activities are on the way.

In particular, when our platform goes live this month, ShoeFy will recruit a group of ambassadors from the active community members. These ambassadors will help ShoeFy reach out to larger audience and help us in our marketing efforts. They will be assigned to spread important news and updates through various other platforms and also organize community engagement activities time to time.

Q3. In the current market there are much platforms/projects which are widely used so what are your plans for its more adoption- which attracts users eye? currently , What are the problems does your project is facing ?

We have a long term vision of making ShoeFy adopted by existing hypebeasts & sneakerheads by introducing them to the digital fashion world, which will sooner or later take over the popularity of the existing one. We understand that some of the hypebeasts or fashion gurus are not fluent with using metamask, therefore our marketing campaign targeted at the outside of crypto fashion enthusiasts strongly considers the learning curve of adopting NFTs and crypto in general.

To aid this learning curve, we are having a series of introductory tutorials filmed by our experienced team to provide clarity for newcomers on how they can use metamask, opensea, sNFT minting and other activities which they might not be familiar with. We are going to be collaborating with some top tier fashion media outlets when we get to the stage of promoting ShoeFy to existing sneaker heads. (we still can’t believe they have accepted to work with us! Since we can’t disclose who they are, please stay tuned for the final announcement on our Telegram channels!)

We have taken weeks to plan this stage of the campaign, and are confident to say that it will introduce a lot of new sneaker enthusiasts to the NFT and digital fashion space.

3rd Section : Live Questions form Community

Security is the most important thing to consider want starting up a project, how secured is this project for users and investors?

Security is our top priority, therefore we are going to be using a reputable third party audit firm to audit our smart contracts before we launch our product. We have made it a vital requirement to pass all the rigorous assessments of third party auditors, and ShoeFy will not launch unless we pass the audit.

In regards to the incentives, it comes down to our unique selling points of bringing revolutionary innovation to NFTs, where we are merging the utility of DeFi with collectibles; NFTs. This has not yet been seen in any other NFT projects are we are proud to be the first ones to introduce it to the market, hence that is why we emphasise the security and reliability of our platform.

Can you list 1–3 killer features of Your Project that makes it ahead of its competitors? What is the competitive advantage your platform has that you feel most confident about?

First thing, we have the sNFT staking feature in our platform. The current trend of NFTs is just buy-hold and sell. ShoeFy is here to let the users put the NFTs to work by staking and then earning passive income.

Secondly, ShoeFy have a scheme where, the first user to mint the sNFT and if he sells it in the secondary market, the user will be rewarded with royalties every time the sNFT is being traded in the future. ShoeFy appreciates its early supporters.

Thirdly, we have the LP boosters called bNFTs. So if you purchase these LP boosters, it will multiply your staking rewards by 1.2x, 1.5x or 2x and more depending on the type of boosters you purchased.

If we talk about all our future plans, they all deserve to be mentioned as killer features but for now lets keep it to these 3.

Partnership is always an important factor for every project. So who is your partner? What are the benefits you get from those relationships?

Strong partnerships, synergy and momentum is what will keep us moving. We keep maintaining our communication and interaction with our community very strongly which helps a lot in engaging our supporters for the growth of our project. We will keep innovating features in our platform and demonstrate real progress and obviously offer attractive rewards programs until the platform goes live.
